Privacy policy

This website is run by Measom Building Services Ltd. This policy explains what happens to the details you send us through it, and how the site handles cookies.

What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry forms: your name and phone number and, if you choose to give them, your email address, postcode, the type of project, when you’d like to start and any message. We don’t take payments through this website.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and prepare a quote. We don’t use your details for marketing, and we don’t sell or share them, except as described below.

Your enquiry is sent by email to Measom Building Services Ltd. A copy also goes to Star Websites, who built and look after this website, so they can make sure the forms are working. They don’t use your details for anything else. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep our business records.

Cookies and third parties

This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics. Fonts and images are served from this website. The map on our contact page comes from Google Maps and only loads if you choose to show it; Google may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing info@measombuildingservices.co.uk or calling 07703 187582. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
